Camping out in downtown Toronto

A very secluded spot

Here's a lovely secluded spot of dense forest, with a full size tent which is clearly inhabited. The only thing unusual about this scenario is the location. It is less than 700 metres from the intersection of Yonge and Bloor.

I'm pretty sure this is a "homeless" person, although I daresay that's actually a pretty decent home, seeing as how it's on City of Toronto property and has escaped their attention.
